Some may notice that on us.diybeer.com, we might use Sanitizer and Sanitiser seemingly interchangeably. The American English word, sanitize, is spelled with a 's' in place of the 'z' in Australia and since all of our Coopers products are proudly made there, we retain their spelling.
For any instructions, we've adjusted the spelling to better match American sensibilities.
